Our vegetable sommelier and patissier owner farms delicious vegetables, grown in a private garden, for this izakaya's tender flavour!

 

We boast privately cultivated local vegetables harvested in the west of kyoto. With cuisine using in-season ingredients, the Chinese menu made by our Chinese cuisine-trained chef is superb! For our Japanese cuisine, kyoto ingredients, yuba, namafu, and kyoto pickles are also on the menu! Further, bringing kyoto's white miso and soy milk together, the abundant creamy tripe hotpot is also among our restaurants prided dishes, so please give it a taste! We await your visit to Togiya, beside the kyoto-esque ambience of the Takase River.
